The major promotion this week features General Mills products.  There is an in-ad coupon for $6.00 off instantly when you buy any 10 of the advertised General Mills products.  This coupon appears to be a store coupon so you should be able to stack manufacturer's coupons on top of it to come up with some great deals!  Basically you will get $0.60 off each item as long as you buy 10 items.
